šØ Custom Powder Coat Colors
We offer the colors listed above and don't accept custom color requests. Single-set custom powder coating roughly doubles the coating cost ā we lose all the batch efficiency of running a color in volume ā and we'd rather keep our pricing predictable than mark up custom orders.
Want a color we don't list? Order the raw / no-coating option below and bring the pipes to a local powder coater. Most shops will do a custom set for $80ā150 in any color you want, often using better preparation than a high-volume coater can. Quick to find: search "powder coating" on Google Maps for shops near you.
Email info@ecopowerparts.com with any questions about the raw set.
Replace the Weakest Pipe First
The factory throttle body-to-intercooler pipe on the Explorer Sport is plastic and rubber ā and it's usually the first to crack and leak. This aluminum replacement is a straight 3"-to-2.5" pipe with a MAP sensor mount built in.
No performance gains claimed. This is a durability upgrade ā replacing a factory plastic part that cracks and leaks with aluminum.
Note: This pipe is already included in our full Explorer Sport intercooler pipe kit. Only order this separately if you just need this one pipe.
