Stop Boost Leaks for Good
Your factory turbo-to-intercooler pipes are made of plastic and rubber. Over time — and especially at higher boost levels — they crack, split, and leak. The result: lost power, check engine lights, and hours chasing leaks you can't find.
EPP aluminum intercooler pipes are a direct replacement for every pipe between your turbos, intercooler, and throttle body. CNC mandrel-bent aluminum with 4-ply silicone hoses and T-bolt clamps. Install them once and never think about boost leaks again.
No performance gains claimed. These pipes are about durability and reliability, not horsepower. They replace factory parts that degrade and fail over time, keeping your boost where it belongs.
If you're upgrading your turbos, these pipes are essential. Factory pipes cannot handle increased boost and will fail.

What's in the Kit
- 3 aluminum pipes (throttle body to intercooler, rear turbo to intercooler, front turbo to intercooler)
- All silicone hoses: 3" hump, 2.5" hump, 2" hump, 2" straight, 2"-to-1.5" rear turbo reducer, long 2"-to-1.5" front turbo reducer
- All T-bolt clamps: 2x 3", 2x 2.5", 6x 2", 2x 1.5"
- Noisemaker eliminator pipe included (do not order separately)

Note: Tial and TurboXS BOVs require a vacuum source — most owners tap the brake booster line. Vacuum line fittings are not included.

Lead Times & Policies

Uncoated pipes: Friday afternoons are our ship day

Powder coated: 2-3 weeks for powder coat - then ships on Friday
Wash and blow out all pipes before installation — machining oil and metal shavings may be present from manufacturing. Raw (uncoated) pipes will have visible machining marks from the mandrel bender. For a clean finish, choose a powder coat option.
