EPP Ford Flex/SHO Lincoln MKT/MKS Hot Pipes

Please be aware that any item that requires powder coating requires 2 to 3 weeks lead time for the product to be coated for your order.


These pipes consist of the piping and hoses from output of the turbos to inlet of intercooler and outlet of intercooler to throttle body. These are factory replacement pieces with all factory connections in aluminum in silicone. These are simply to allow you to replace the plastic and rubber parts that fail over time from the factory. They offer no performance upgrade other than stopping boost leaks over time from failures at hoses and joints in the factory parts.

There are 3 metal pipes, one from throttle body to intercooler, one from rear turbo over the engine and front pipe connecting to the rear turbo pipe to the intercooler.

When you receive your order you should have:
3 metal pipes
2x3" clamps, 2x2.5" clamps, 6x2" clamps and 2x1.5" clamps
3" hump hose, 2.5" hump hose, 2" hump hose, 2" straight silicone hose, 2" to 1.5" short reducer for rear turbo, Long 2" to 1.5" reducer for front turbo to intercooler. 
Check your packaging, if you are missing anything please contact us and we will send out a replacement via USPS priority mail.

Tial BoV and TurboXS BoV require you to tap into a vacuum line behind the throttle body, most use the brake booster line. The parts to tap into the brake booster line and the vaccuum line are not provided in the kit, you will need to sources those yourself.

Hot pipes INCLUDE the noisemaker pipe as part of the 3 pipes, do not order that and this product as they overlap.

Comes with all hoses and clamps to install

 If you submit for a meth bung or Tial/TurboXS BoV please allow 3-5 business days for it to be welded on, for powder coating also add business 3-5 days.

If you order a raw pipe with stock BoV or no BoV, these are in stock ready to ship.
Red or Blue Silicone hoses add 3-5 days for delivery,

when this option is requested the rear 1.5" to 2" adapter (behind the engine) is provided in black. as is the lower front turbo to intercooler pipe.

These are custom parts made specifically to your specifications based off of the combination chosen via the drop down menus.

Tial BoV (Q or QR) option supplies a Tial BoV with 10 PSI spring (this is not a boost related spring, it relates to vacuum at idle, standard for 3.5 ecoboost is 19" of vacuum) If you are getting a different idle vacuum reading please let me know so I can order the appropriate spring you desire.

No BoV option allows you to have your fabricator weld your own BoV onto the pipes - do not get the pipes coated if you want to use your own BoV.

These pipes replace your factory turbo to intercooler and intercooler to throttle body pipes with new aluminum pipes and silicone hoses along with T-clamps for installation. This is a complete kit with the following options: No BoV or Factory BoV mounts or Tial BoV We can also supply powdercoated or non-powdercoated pipes. These pipes are practically required when you upgrade your turbos. The factory rubber and plastic parts do not like high boost levels and will split/crack and leak. Don't chase boost leaks, install these and no more headaches! All parts are included, T clamps, black silicone hoses and your choice of blow off valve.

Please be aware, these are custom fabricated parts made to order and take 10 to 15 business days to complete.

Please make sure to wash and blow out the pipes prior to installing it is possible there is machining oil and metal shavings in the pipes after manufacturing is completed.

Powder coating blemishes on the end of the pipes due to machining oil will be covered by the silicone hoses and will not impact the functionality and/or appearance of the pipes.

Be aware, the raw pipes have extensive machining marks and scratches due to the production on the mandrel tube bending machine. If you want a show quality piece order the powder coated option.

As of 2023 we have a new powder coating supplier, if you previously ordered pipes specifically in colored options they will not match up due to the new supplier.

This product is made to the customers order and is not eligible for refunds or returns.

Aftermarket BoV warranty is through the manufacturer of the BoV, either Tial or Turbo XS. If you have issues with the BoV please contact the manufacturer to troubleshoot any issues and for any warranty returns/exchanges.
