Replace the Weakest Pipe First
The factory throttle body-to-intercooler pipe on the Explorer Sport is plastic and rubber — and it's usually the first to crack and leak. This aluminum replacement is a straight 3"-to-2.5" pipe with a MAP sensor mount built in.
No performance gains claimed. This is a durability upgrade — replacing a factory plastic part that cracks and leaks with aluminum.
Finish: Raw aluminum | Gloss Black | Crinkle Black | Satin Black

Powder coating adds 2-3 weeks lead time. Wash and blow out before installation. Raw pipes have machining marks from mandrel bending — choose powder coat for a clean finish. Custom made to order. Not eligible for refunds or returns.
