EXPLORER SPORT UPGRADE KIT — FOR EXISTING NMD CUSTOMERS ONLY
Already have our Explorer Sport Throttle Body to Intercooler Pipe? Add the remaining Hot Pipes.
This is the Explorer Sport version of our upgrade kit — same kit as the SHO / Flex / MKT/MKS upgrade, minus the components the Explorer Sport engine bay doesn't need. You must already own our Explorer Sport Throttle Body to Intercooler Pipe.
What's different vs the SHO / Flex / MKT/MKS upgrade kit:
This kit does NOT include the custom long SHO front-turbo silicone hose (1' long 2"-to-1.5" reducer) and the additional 1x 2" clamp + 1x 1.5" clamp that go with it — the Explorer Sport engine bay routes differently and doesn't require them. That's why this kit is $20 less.
⚠ This kit does NOT support aftermarket blow-off valves (Tial, TurboXS, HKS, etc.). Aftermarket BOVs require the BOV mount to be welded on the NMD pipe, which is only available in the full Explorer Sport Hot Pipes Kit.

Already bought our Explorer Sport Throttle Body to Intercooler Pipe? This upgrade kit adds the remaining two aluminum pipes and silicone hoses to give you a complete turbo-to-intercooler pipe set with factory BOV mount.
No performance gains claimed. These pipes are a durability upgrade — replacing factory plastic and rubber with aluminum that won't crack or leak.
Important: This is an upgrade for existing EPP Explorer Sport Throttle Body to Intercooler Pipe customers only. If you haven't purchased that pipe from us previously, your order will be rejected — you'll need the full Explorer Sport intercooler pipe kit instead.

What's in the Upgrade Kit
- 2 aluminum pipes (rear turbo to intercooler, front turbo to intercooler)
- Silicone hoses: 2" hump, 2" straight, 2"-to-1.5" rear turbo reducer
- Clamps: 5x 2", 1x 1.5"
- Factory BOV mount included
Not included (vs the SHO / Flex / MKT/MKS upgrade kit): the custom long 1' SHO front-turbo silicone hose, 1x 2" clamp, and 1x 1.5" clamp — none of which the Explorer Sport engine bay layout requires.
Note on product images: the photos on this listing show the SHO / Flex / MKT/MKS upgrade kit, which includes the 1' silicone hose for the front turbo plus an extra 1.5" and 2" clamp. Those parts are not in this Explorer Sport version — they aren't needed for the Explorer Sport engine bay.
